1. Digital Products and AI Credits
TryAgainText provides AI-generated conversation suggestions as a digital service. Some features may require purchase of credits or a premium subscription. Please read this policy to understand your options regarding refunds.
2. Refund Eligibility
- If you are not satisfied with your first premium purchase (e.g., credits or subscription), you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds are only available if you have not used more than one AI-generated response after purchase.
- No refunds will be issued for credits or subscriptions that have been partially or fully used.
3. How to Request a Refund

- Include your account email, purchase details, and reason for requesting a refund.
- We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Refunds are not available for purchases made more than 7 days ago.
- Refunds are not available for fully or mostly used credits/subscriptions.
- Repeated refund requests or suspected abuse of our refund policy may result in account suspension.
5. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
